The plastic powder is charged through a high-voltage electrostatic device and uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the processed workpiece under the action of an electric field. Then, after high-temperature baking, the plastic particles will melt into a dense protective layer and firmly adhere to the surface of the workpiece.

The powder electrostatic spraying line mainly includes the following process flow:

1. Pre treatment (degreasing, rust removal, phosphating);

2. Electrostatic spraying;

3. High temperature curing (the curing temperature is usually 160-210 degrees depending on the composition of the sprayed plastic powder and the required thickness);

4. Cool out of the oven.
